This laptop has all the goods! It’s 17.3″ FHD IPS Touchscreen 13th Intel i7-1355U makes it fast. Also has NVIDIA Geforce 4GB GDDR6 RTX 3050 Graphics card. With 32GB DDR4 RAM and a 1TB NVMe SSD hard drive this laptop can handle work and gaming very easily.

Computer seems to work well, and faster than previous laptop. Still trying to adjust settings for touchpad, which triggers actions when I don’t want to. Nice display. Biggest issue is noise from right speaker when playing audio. Does not come through when sending audio to Bluetooth speakers. Left speaker seems OK. Saw this audio noise problem mentioned in other reviews. Other issue I’m still trying to figure out is with Microsoft. Can’t log into Microsoft account with this PC because it says I need a business log-in; I can only assume this is because it came with Windows 11 Pro. No issue logging in on other PCs.

My old Dell laptop started having problems with the keys not working forcing the use of a full-sized keyboard laying on top of it. When this HP Envy laptop with touchscreen, huge 64 gigs of RAM, and lots of storage came up I knew it was time to buy it.
Even with 30 tabs open in the browser things are snappy and work perfectly. All the software loves the 13th generation i7 CPU and tons of memory.
If you want some serious computing power to work with, you are going to love this upgraded HP Envy laptop.

I did all of the correct things before buying this product. I checked out the company etc. The computer had issues from the beginning. I chose to replace it but was told that cannot be done. So I am returning it. Only after starting the return was I told that there is a 10% restocking fee (even though the computer is defective) and there could be up to 50% fees at the company’s discretion. So I am going to be charged for a defective computer that started having errors after 1 day of using it. Do not buy this computer or anything from this company.

his laptop is very fast. I’m glad I had invested into getting it when I did because my old h HP laptop the hard drive crashed.
It states that it is a 17 inch laptop; it is not exactly 17 inches. It is a 15 inch laptop. Because my old laptop was a 17 inch. Kind of frustrated about that but I decided to keep it.

Computer works perfectly after one day. Brand new in original packaging. User friendly and ultra fast. Arrived in two days early in morning UPS. Everything that I expected. Extremely happy so far. Highly recommended for Pro version 17inch laptop
